The Short Term Shop provides real estate agent services to investors, as well as comprehensive support, investor training on self-management, and access to a community of like-minded investors. The goal is to enable investors to efficiently manage their properties—often remotely—dedicating minimal daily time while maximizing returns. We run on caffeine and good vibes, so if over-caffeination and dad jokes are not your vibe, this is not the team for you.
Position Summary:
The Managing Broker will oversee and optimize the daily operations of our growing team of real estate agents. This role involves managing internal processes, tracking agent and market performance, recruiting and hiring, and fostering efficiency across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will be a licensed realtor with experience in managing high level teams, be highly organized, process-driven, and capable of ensuring seamless execution across all operational aspects while freeing leadership to focus on lead generation and strategy. Our office is fully remote. Compensation is 1099.
