LEARN Behavioral is seeking a Managing Behavior Analyst to lead clinical services across a client caseload and develop clinical supervisors and technicians on teams. The role focuses on leading treatment delivery, providing clinical direction, and supporting teams through supervision and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

  • Master degree required for leadership role.
  • At least 2 years as a BCBA or equivalent.
  • BCBA license or eligibility as required by local statutes.
  • Ability to develop goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
  • Strong communication and listening skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver protocol-based assessment and treatment guidance to assigned clients.
  • Provide mentorship and clinical direction to clinical supervisors.
  • Provide clinical direction to technicians.
  • Use data to drive clinical programming and decision-making.
  • Document services accurately and timely according to policies.
  • Attend mandatory trainings and meetings.
  • Report scheduling and clinical concerns promptly.
  • Provide feedback to staff and support staff development.
  • Deliver treatment by protocol when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.

What You Have

Education: Master Degree

Experience: 2 years as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior analysis

Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.

Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience.

Speaking to others to convey information effectively.

Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.

Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.

Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.

Actively looking for ways to help people.

What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver protocol modification, assessment services, and family treatment guidance to assigned clients according to LEARN clinical standards

Provide support, mentorship and clinical direction to clinical supervisor

Provide clinical direction to technicians

Employ clinical best practices and use data to drive clinical programming

Document services delivered accurately and timely according to company policies

Complete mandatory trainings and attend required meetings

Report clinical and scheduling concerns promptly

Deliver clinical and professional feedback to staff

Provide treatment by protocol when needed

Adhere to all company compliance policies, written or unwritten

Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor

This role supervises one or more individual contributors.

Must be able to concentrate on tasks for sustained periods.

Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients, families, and team members.

Must be able to work in loud, unpredictable high-stimulation environments for extended periods, including settings with frequent noise, movement, and stimulating lighting.

Client Care Activities- You are expected to be able to complete all physical requirements of the position either with or without a reasonable accommodation, including:

Must be able to independently support client hygiene needs, including diapering and toileting, as required.
