Job summary

Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC seeks a Managing Attorney to lead the Trustee Department in the western region. You will supervise attorneys, foreclosure professionals, and support staff, guiding nonjudicial foreclosure operations and ensuring client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate holds a JD, active bar membership (preferably CA), and at least 2 years of management experience, with deep knowledge of foreclosure processes and title matters.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, preferably California.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience leading attorneys and legal operations teams.
• Demonstrated knowledge of nonjudicial foreclosure processes and real estate title matters, including title report review and lien priority.

Job description

RAS is seeking a Managing Attorney - Trustee Department as a key addition to its team to help scale operations and support its expanding practice out west. This role is responsible for the overall management, supervision, and strategic direction of the firm's Trustee Department and oversees a team of attorneys, foreclosure professionals, and support staff responsible for administering nonjudicial foreclosure proceedings on behalf of mortgage servicers. The Managing Attorney ensures compliance with applicable federal, state, investor, and client requirements while driving operational excellence, quality control, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is a licensed attorney with meaningful experience in mortgage foreclosure and trustee operations, as well as strong leadership and organizational skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Leadership & Department Management
