Boly-Welch Inc. is seeking a Managing Attorney for the Immigration Legal Services department in our nonprofit client. The role leads a talented legal team, oversees caseloads, and drives program initiatives to support vulnerable Oregonians.

You will supervise attorneys and staff, collaborate with the leadership team, ensure grant compliance, and contribute to broader organization initiatives. This is an in‑office role with work‑life balance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of immigration law experience.
• Active State Bar membership.
• JD.
• Attorney management experience preferred.
