Domino's Pizza is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead store operations, coach team members and ensure excellent customer service. You will manage staff, costs, inventory, cash handling and daily paperwork while upholding standards and policies.

The role offers a starting wage of $19.13 per hour with a monthly performance-based bonus and opportunities for advancement from assistant manager to general manager or franchisee. Applicants should be ready to lead a busy team and deliver results.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced customer service or retail preferred.
• Ability to manage inventory, cash handling and cost controls.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to train and supervise a team.
