Job summary

AES Corporation Indiana and Ohio facilities leadership role seeks a proactive Manager to oversee office operations and workplace services across multiple sites. The Manager Workplace and Facilities Operations is responsible for delivering an exceptional workplace experience across AES Indiana and AES Ohio. This role oversees office operations, workplace services, space planning, vendor management, and land management activities to support safe, efficient, and reliable business operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong operational, organizational, and stakeholder management skills who can drive high service standards, continuous improvement, and a positive employee experience across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in facilities management, workplace operations, office management, real estate, hospitality, or related functions.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience managing multi-site operations, budgets, vendors, and service contracts.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
