Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a Manager, Workforce Planning in Human Capital Advisory within its Consulting practice. This role leads workforce transformation workstreams and cross-functional teams to deliver expert services in talent development, analytics, and organizational design.

The ideal candidate has five or more years of related experience and an advanced degree in I/O psychology or organizational development, with a strong ability to engage stakeholders and drive thought leadership.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of relevant work experience in Talent Management, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, HR Analytics, Organizational Design, DEI; preferred two years in advisory services within a major consulting firm.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development or related field.
  • Experience designing and leading business transformation initiatives based on process understanding and project management methodologies.
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of activities, set priorities, and engage with stakeholders across an organization.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Workforce Planning in Human Capital Advisory for our Consulting practice.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead client-facing workforce transformation workstreams to support clients in the following areas: talent development, talent performance, workforce design and architecture and workforce analytics
  • Manage cross functional teams to deliver excellent client service, including stakeholder management, meeting and workshop facilitation, deliverable creation and project and financial management
  • Drive the creation and advancement of thought leadership, internal and external tools and resources and training for workforce transformation efforts
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital including articles, whitepapers and methodology guides
  • Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal responses and client outreach

Qualifications :

  • Minimum five years of recent relevant work experience related to one or more of the following areas: Talent Management, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, HR Analytics, Organizational Design, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion; preferred two years of experience in advisory services within a major consulting firm
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required; Advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development or related field preferred
  • Experience designing and leading business transformation initiatives based on a deep understanding of business processes, project management methodologies and leading practices in the human capital space
  • Prior work managing a portfolio of activities within a project or team, including setting priorities, balancing competing deadlines and lead conversations and create stakeholder engagement with clients and colleagues across an organizational hierarchy
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
