CEC Entertainment is seeking a Workday HCM Technology Manager to own the Workday Recruiting, Onboarding, and HCM modules and to partner with HR and IT to enhance processes. This hands-on role requires coordinating with stakeholders and driving improvements across the Workday platform.

Based at the Irving, TX corporate center with one day weekly WFH, you will lead releases, develop reports, and deliver training and documentation to staff across HR functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of Workday HR experience.
• Experience coordinating with executives, vendors and IT teams.
• Strong knowledge of Workday security roles and business processes.

The Workday HCM Technology Manager is a hands-on Workday professional that serves as the primary owner of the Workday Recruiting, Onboarding, and HCM modules in addition to general support of the platform. You’ll serve as a critical technical partner and stakeholder liaison – bridging the gap between systems capabilities and the needs of the Human Resources Department. You will have the opportunity to grow and develop a wide range of business and technical skills while delivering new and improved Workday solutions.This position offers one day a week work from home “WFH”.Essential Functions:Provide business and technical analysis for Workday HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, and other modules.Lead collaborative efforts with various business partners, stakeholders, and external partner resources to plan, design, and implement new and improved business solutions.Provide guidance and knowledge transfer for activities with CEC staff across HR functional areas.Engage in the Workday community to create, prioritize, and manage feature requests on the Workday Roadmap.Review, test, and communicate new features and enhancements in the bi-annual Workday Releases.Perform and/or attend training, create documentation, and support implementation of new Workday modules as selected by the CEC Workday Steering Committee.Effectively prioritize, escalate, and troubleshoot production Workday issues with emphasis on root cause analysis and its resolution.Develop and deliver reporting to leadership of the different support areas.Conduct system audits and maintain data quality.Manage testing strategies for releases and system changes.Qualifications:4+ years of Workday Human Resource (HR) experience requiredExperience with Paradox is a plusExperience partnering with key business executives and stakeholders and vendorsExperience conferring with technical and functional experts at all levels of the enterprise in a continuous improvement environmentExperience in best practices configuring business process steps such as Action, Approval, Approval Chain, Checklist and creating appropriate Workday security rolesAbility to build and modify custom Workday reports and calculated fieldsDemonstrated experience building, implementing, and troubleshooting EIBs and Workday integrationsAbility to independently interact and collaborate with all levels of personnelExperience in Change Management to ensure successful, and organized deployment and adoptionAbility to exercise integrity and discretion with highly confidential informationExperience improving usability and user experience (UX) in WorkdayExperience in ITIL and customer service principles a plusPhysical Demands:To perform the duties of this position, the incumbent must have the ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, twist, reach, and carry, lift, pull, push between 1 – 25 lbs. Incumbent must use a computer, with the repetitive movement of both hands. Incumbent must be able to work an 8-hour shift, with some overtime.
