Qualifications

  • 10+ years of combined web marketing and production experience in ecommerce or online services.
  • 305+ years of people leadership (hiring, mentoring, performance management).
  • Proven success owning a web marketing roadmap with measurable improvements.
  • Strong program/project management in cross-functional settings.
  • Hands-on with CMS, tag management, analytics, and A/B testing platforms.
  • Familiarity with merchandising, SKU/promo setup, and ecommerce systems.
  • Excellent written communication with strong brand/design aesthetic and Web UX fundamentals.
  • AI literacy and curiosity across Gen AI applications.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Roku.com content strategy, UX, SEO, experimentation, and performance analysis.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive web strategy with a quarterly roadmap and prioritization framework.
  • Define and track KPIs/OKRs for site performance; publish readouts and action plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize content, products, and partner placements.
  • Own the A/B testing program to drive funnel and conversion improvements.
  • Coordinate with Analytics to ensure tagging accuracy; monitor dashboards and opportunities.
  • Ensure privacy, security, accessibility, and performance standards; coordinate with Legal/Policy.
  • Lead merchandising calendar for Roku.com, including SKU/promo setup and pricing QA.
  • Lead a team, set goals, coach performance, and define SLAs.
  • Contribute to annual planning, headcount, and tooling budget.

They will manage a team responsible for homepage programming, promotional campaigns, partner offer execution, and e-commerce accuracy, ensuring high-quality, on-brand, and data-driven experiences across markets. For California Only – The estimated salary range for this position is between $141,000 - $165,000 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.
