Saint Francis Healthcare System is seeking a dedicated Volunteer Services Coordinator to interview, orient, train, and supervise volunteers, and to manage onboarding across departments. You will drive community partnerships and support patient, visitor, and staff experiences through a comprehensive volunteer program.
This Full Time role requires a High School diploma or GED, a valid class F driver's license, and 5 years of related work experience with at least 2 years supervising volunteers.
Performs all duties necessary in the coordination of the hospital volunteer program. Responsible for interviewing, orienting, training and supervising all volunteers. Coordinates the on-boarding process and is involved in multiple department projects. Directs volunteer programs and services in effort to enhance and grow community partnerships and internal stakeholder relationships that support overall excellence with patient, visitor, and staff experiences.
