Overview

The Manager supports enterprise healthcare transformation initiatives by leading workstreams, advising clients, and ensuring successful execution across complex projects. This role operates at the intersection of delivery leadership and client engagement, requiring strong critical thinking, structured problem solving, and the ability to translate strategy into action.

The Manager works directly with government stakeholders and internal leadership to drive outcomes, manage priorities, and ensure alignment across program objectives. She or he oversees day‑to‑day execution, guides consulting teams, and contributes to long‑term program success through proactive leadership and relationship management.

The environment is fast‑paced and often ambiguous, requiring adaptability, accountability, and sound judgment.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements
  • Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift
