Charter Communications, operating Spectrum Business, seeks a Manager of Vertical Market Sales in Healthcare to lead a sales team delivering networking, managed services and cloud solutions within the healthcare sector. You will coordinate internal partners and drive Spectrum Business growth across key healthcare markets.

The role demands at least 5+ years in enterprise sales, 3+ years of leadership in tech/cable environments, and strong knowledge of Ethernet, Cloud, and Fiber services.

Required Qualifications

Skills

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
• Skilled at developing and executing strategic account plans customized for key prospects and customers
• Experienced in supervising teams and managing office procedures
• Ability to organize, implement and maintain sales goals
• Demonstrated history of leadership position/team lead in fast-paced environments requiring teamwork, flexibility, and change management
• Proven organizational development and business skills
• Conversant with technology and networking technologies
• Above-average business analysis skills using MS Office tools and Salesforce.com or similar CRM
• Ability to travel up to 70% of the time, primarily within area of responsibility
• Holds a valid and active state driver’s license and maintains safe driving record

Preferred Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent training, education and experience

Experience

• 5+ years enterprise-level account sales experience in the technology industry selling Ethernet, Cloud Services, High Speed Data, and Fiber Services, with a record of success managing assigned territory to achievement and over-achievement of quota
• 3+ years leadership experience in a competitive technology and cable sales environment with strong knowledge of Ethernet, Cloud Services, High Speed Data, Fiber Services and Fiber-Connected Networks

A qualified applicant’s criminal history, if any, will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local ordinances.

The base pay for this position generally is between $83,200.00 and $150,100.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.

In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $84,000.
