Job summary

Children's of Alabama seeks a full-time leader to oversee the Solid Organ Transplant administration at the Main Campus. The role directs the transplant quality improvement program and ensures regulatory compliance.

You will supervise scheduling, finances, and operations on a day shift with rotating 4–10 hour shifts. Ideal candidates hold an Alabama RN license (or multi-state equivalent) and an MSN in Nursing, with strong skills in leadership, communication, analytics and process improvement to
