Eaton’s IS AER MSD is currently seeking a Manager, Transformation Projects. This is a remote position with between 30-50% travel required.

Mission Systems Division (MSD) will be undergoing multiple transformation projects in 2026 including ERP, integration of newly acquired business, organization design work, plant as a cost center, and network planning. As the Manager, Transformation Projects, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing transformational projects throughout MSD. This includes coordinating the efforts of workstream leaders to deliver projects according to plan and adhering to strict deadlines and within budget. You will also be responsible for defining the project’s objectives and help facilitate cultural change, change management, and the scheduling sequencing of all of these in coordination with corporate level counterparts.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $124,000 - $182,000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the planning and implementation of projects. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis and effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and formulate contingency plans.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
  • Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
Qualifications
Required (Basic) Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience with progressive levels of accountability and responsibility in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, OPEX, project/program management and/or related support functions.
  • Must be US Citizen
  • No relocation is offered for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with the Eaton Business System and process tools such as profit planning, strategic planning, Supply Chain Management, Eaton Quality System, and Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) processes (MESH, ISO 14001, etc.), Continuous Improvement, etc.
