Horizon Media Inc. is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the execution of pilot projects in New York. You will be responsible for project management, stakeholder coordination, and knowledge management.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of relevant experience and a strong background in project management. The position offers a salary range of $90,000 to $140,000 along with comprehensive benefits, including health insurance and unlimited paid time off.

Project & Pilot Execution (50%)
Manage day‑to‑day execution of individual pilot projects, ensuring they stay on track, on time, and on budget. Run the project kickoff process, including intake of new partner information, coordination of legal routing, and setup of project plans. Act as a dedicated project manager, driving progress through all phases of implementation and testing. Coordinate internal and external meetings and work closely with various stakeholders, develop and manage project plans, and prepare and maintain user documentation, process guides, and training material. Understand business and technical objectives of a project, create work plans, identify tasks, and clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders.
Stakeholder Coordination & Support (30%)
Serve as the primary day‑to‑day point of contact for internal teams involved in pilots, providing on‑the‑ground support. Resolve immediate issues and roadblocks, facilitate communication and collaboration, route work among responsible parties, and coordinate testing, end‑user training, and deployment phases.
Knowledge Management & Documentation (20%)
Diligently document all project activities, processes, and outcomes. Capture feedback from training, discovery sessions, and meetings; create and maintain a central repository of learnings, findings, and results from pilots. Supply the Director with well‑documented information for case studies and operational playbooks, create visualization diagrams for existing and proposed workflows, and manage project plans.
