The Transformation Manager is responsible for leading and executing strategic transformation initiatives across the pharmaceutical packaging organization. This role partners with business leaders to deliver projects that improve operational performance, compliance, digital capabilities, and scalability. The position supports the Transformation Office by providing project leadership, portfolio governance, change management, performance reporting, and execution discipline across enterprise initiatives.
This role requires a manager who is relentless in execution, decisive in action, and uncompromising to deliver within scope, and in compliance with regulatory and quality requirements. This position works extensively with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, Client Services, and Commercial teams.

The primary work environment is a professional, climate-controlled office setting. While the role is largely desk-based, the employee will occasionally enter production areas. In these spaces, strict adherence to FDA-regulated Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is required to prevent product contamination and personal safety; this includes following specific gowning protocols such as wearing lab coats, hair nets, shoe covers, and, as necessary, masks or gloves.
