Responsibilities

• Vehicle and Facility Care: support team with cleaning, lot management and customer service assistance.
• Finance & Administration: learn finance processes and support deal completion; understand reporting and business metrics.
• Leadership Development: shadow and support management; build skills in scheduling and performance coaching; prepare for future leadership roles.
