Menard, Inc Career Center is looking for motivated individuals to join their Manager Trainee program in Saginaw, Michigan. This full-time position offers paid hands-on training designed to develop future leaders in retail management.

Trainees will collaborate with experienced team members and gain valuable knowledge about the business. Successful participants may advance to roles across 330+ locations, corporate offices, and distribution centers. With a focus on an excellent customer service approach, this role is ideal for those seeking career growth in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Hands-on training program for Retail Management.
Work alongside General Management team and Department Managers.
