Job summary

Menard, Inc Career Center in New Ulm, Minnesota, is seeking a motivated full-time Manager Trainee. This position is a paid hands-on training program designed to prepare candidates for a management role.

You'll work with our management team and store personnel to learn about operations, customer service, and leadership. Complete the program and promote within our 330+ locations and corporate facilities.
