Hertz Local Edition in Naples, FL is hiring a Manager Trainee to join our local rental branch team. In this hands-on role, you’ll learn how to run a successful rental location while delivering a great customer experience and supporting daily branch operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone motivated, customer-focused, and interested in growing into leadership. With structured training and real-world experience, you’ll prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in as little as 12–18

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Customer service, sales, retail, hospitality or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication, computer, multitasking and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated with an interest in learning the business and growing into leadership.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Professional appearance and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Learn the rental car business through hands-on training in sales, service, operations, fleet logistics and administration.
• Support branch sales goals by building customer relationships and identifying needs.
• Deliver a positive customer experience by guiding customers through the rental process.
• Assist daily branch operations including fleet inventory, vehicle preparation, lot organization, documentation and compliance.
• Partner with branch leadership on scheduling, team communication, and coaching.
• Develop the skills to grow into future leadership opportunities within Hertz.

What You’ll Do

• Learn the rental car business through hands-on training in sales, customer service, operations, fleet logistics, and administration.
