Job summary

Menard, Inc Career Center is looking for enthusiastic individuals for their full-time Manager Trainee position in Monona, Wisconsin. This hands-on training program aims to develop future leaders in Retail Management.

The ideal candidate will have outstanding customer service skills, the ability to lead a team, and preferably a business-related degree. Menards promotes from within, offering endless career advancement opportunities throughout its many locations.
