Hertz Local Edition in Libertyville, IL seeks a Manager Trainee to join our branch team. This hands-on role teaches you how to run a successful rental location while delivering a great customer experience and supporting daily operations.

You will participate in structured training with real-world experience and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in 12–18 months. Wage is $18.00 per hour plus performance incentives, with benefits and growth opportunities included.

Responsabilidades

• Learn the rental car business through hands-on training in sales, customer service, operations, fleet logistics, and administration.
• Support branch sales goals by building customer relationships, identifying customer needs, and applying effective sales techniques.
• Deliver a positive customer experience by helping customers through the rental process and resolving questions or concerns professionally.
• Assist with daily branch operations, including fleet inventory, vehicle preparation, lot organization, documentation, and compliance tasks.
• Partner with branch leadership to understand scheduling, team communication, performance coaching, and business metrics.
• Build the skills needed to grow into future leadership opportunities within Hertz.

What We’re Looking For
