Job summary

Menards is offering a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program designed to develop and prepare you for store management. You will work closely with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to gain hands-on experience and leadership skills that pave the way for future advancement across 330+ locations.

Successful candidates bring strong customer service, leadership potential, and a drive to grow within a promote-from-within culture.

Qualifications

• Outstanding Customer Service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a Business-related degree preferred.
