Job summary

Menards is seeking a Manager Trainee to launch a rewarding retail leadership career. This paid, full-time, hands-on program develops you for Menards management through structured training with the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members.

As you progress, you gain exposure to Operations, Sales, and People leadership, with promotion-from-within culture and advancement to 330+ store locations, Corporate Office, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers.

Qualifications

• Manager Trainee program is paid, full-time and hands-on.
• As you progress, you work with General Management, Department Managers and Store Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a store team while learning all management functions.
