Job summary

Menard, Inc Career Center is offering an exciting opportunity for a Manager Trainee in Grimes, Iowa. This full-time, paid program prepares individuals for a management role within the company, emphasizing career advancement through hands-on training.

Participants will work closely with experienced management to develop their skills and understanding of retail operations. Menards promotes a culture of internal advancement across their vast locations.

Founded on customer service excellence, the ideal candidate will be motivated, innovative, and possess strong leadership abilities.

Qualifications

Motivated individuals with a passion for excellence and ability to innovate are encouraged to apply.
Experience in leadership or management is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage team members within the store.
Participate in the Manager Trainee program to gain insights into business operations.
Work alongside General Management and Department Managers.
