Hertz Local Edition is hiring a Manager Trainee to join our Fayetteville, GA team. In this hands-on role, you’ll learn how to run a successful rental location while delivering a great customer experience and supporting daily branch operations. There is a structured training plan with promotion to Branch Manager in 12–18 months.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Learn the rental car business through hands-on training in sales, customer service, operations, fleet logistics, and administration.
• Support branch sales goals by building customer relationships and applying effective sales techniques.
• Deliver a positive customer experience by helping customers through the rental process and resolving questions or concerns.
• Assist with daily branch operations, including fleet inventory, vehicle preparation, lot organization, documentation, and compliance tasks.
• Partner with branch leadership to understand scheduling, team communication, performance coaching, and business metrics.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Must be at least 20 years old


• Valid driver’s license required

• Customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or other professional experience preferred


• Strong communication, computer, multitasking, and time management skills


• A self‑motivated, adaptable approach with an interest in learning the business and growing into leadership
