Hertz Local Edition is seeking a Manager Trainee to join our Davenport branch. You’ll learn the rental car business through hands-on training in sales, service, operations, and fleet logistics, with a clear path to leadership.

You’ll be prepared for a promotion to Branch Manager within 12–18 months, earning $17.00 per hour as you gain experience and drive branch performance in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifikationen

Hertz Local Edition is hiring a Manager Trainee to join our local rental branch team.

In this hands-on role, you’ll learn how to run a successful rental location while delivering a great customer experience and supporting daily branch operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated, customer-focused, and interested in growing into a leadership role. With structured training and real-world experience, you’ll prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in as little as 12–18 months.

What You’ll Do
