Menards is hiring for a Manager Trainee position in Danville, IL. This paid, full-time training program prepares you for a future management role by working closely with General Managers, Department Managers, and Store Team Members.

You will gain hands-on experience across our business, participate in a structured development plan, and be supported toward advancement to 330+ locations and beyond.
