Job summary

Menards is seeking motivated individuals for its Manager Trainee program in Altoona, IA. This paid, full-time training path develops you for a future management role across Menards stores and facilities.

As you progress, you will work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to build your understanding of the business and prepare you to lead a team at one of our 330+ locations.

Qualifications

• Outstanding Customer Service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a Business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Manager Trainee program to learn general management responsibilities.
• Work with General Management, Department Managers and Store Team Members to understand the business and prepare for a management role.
• Progress through the paid, full-time training program to advance within Menards.
