Job summary

Livingston International is seeking a technically strong and client-focused Manager, Trade Compliance to oversee a portfolio of clients. You will serve as the primary contact, guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring compliant, timely service delivery across borders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in brokerage or trade compliance, excellent communication, and a proven ability to drive process improvements in a global service environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience in brokerage or trade compliance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Certifications related to customs compliance are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of clients and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams responsible for execution of compliance programs.
• Coordinate global service delivery with brokers and operations.

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a technically strong and client-focusedManager, Trade Compliance to oversee a portfolio of clients.This role is ideal for Brokerage or trade compliance professional who excels at building client relationships, managing compliance programs, and coordinating global service delivery teams. You will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery while guiding and supporting cross-functional teams responsible for execution. The ideal candidate has strong client service experience along with classification, qualification, broker management, import operations and Free Trade.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create a supportive environment where team engagement is seen as central to driving results.
• Implement the strategy along with senior management and respective managers.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure customer needs (whether internal or external, depending on the span of control) are understood, properly prioritized, and being executed as expected.
• Evaluate current processes for issues and identify efficiencies including automation, process flow; work with appropriate resources to resolve.
• Promptly and effectively manage all queries and concerns, ensuring issues are registered and followed up on; manage corrective and preventive actions as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures.

Base salary is one component of our total rewards package which also includes incentive opportunities, benefits, and professional development. Salary ranges are established by location and reflect relevant factors such as skills, experience, and market conditions. The good-faith salary range for this position is71,875-105,000 USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on these factors and may vary accordingly.
