The Manager of Territory Transformation and Operations team will work cross-functionally with business owners to analyze Territories & Role/Forecast hierarchy, operational issues impacting Sales LOB, understanding processes, policies etc., and framing recommendations to improve and scale Territory, Role hierarchy operations.

The person must act independently and own the implementation and impacts of assigned projects, and demonstrate the ability to be successful in a team-oriented environment, working with IT & Strategy. You will be part of an elite, professional, and rapidly growing team that succeeds through collaboration, tenacity, and constant improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Our ideal candidate will have experience working with large, complex data sets, experience in the high-tech industry, exceptional analytical skills, experience working in operational roles supporting sales business partners, and experience with Process Improvement / Redesign / Automation.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify process inefficiencies, implement solutions, and track progress around fiscal year organization changes, with the goal of implementing Salesforce.com process improvements to enhance Sales Cloud use for sales and strategy teams.
  • Understand end-to-end business processes, flow of data within and between processes, and recommend process improvements for better territory and forecasting processes.
  • Prepare and perform data analysis in Salesforce production and sandbox environments, manipulating large sets of data using Snowflake/Postgres SQL/Python/Heroku.
  • Work closely with sales strategy leadership to define/understand the company's Go-to-Market strategy and analyze downstream impact to existing operational processes.
  • Create reports and dashboards and KPIs to track and monitor data accuracy.
  • Work closely with our outsourced shared services support teams to provide best-in-class support for our sales army.
  • Support SOX audits by working with internal and external auditors.
  • Work with IT teams to clarify business process and data needs and provide guidance on the implementation of process-related IT projects, as well as supporting and executing end-to-end UAT.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business/Operations) or equivalent experience.
  • 4-6 years of business/process/Sales operations support experience.
  • Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud Sales Performance Management (SPM) and Enterprise Territory Management (ETM).
  • Fluent Sales Cloud user with a strong understanding of custom objects (and customizing Sales Cloud) & standard objects (user object, collaborative forecasting).
  • Strong knowledge of Collaborative Forecasting and how to enable forecast managers and maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast reporting.
  • Clear understanding of Lead to Opportunity business processes with an emphasis on Territory and Role/Forecast Hierarchy.
  • Must be able to write and run custom SOQL/SQL queries in Workbench/Heroku/Snowflake to extract data from Salesforce.com environments.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Salesforce ETM Admin experience is preferred.
  • Tableau proficiency, including data analysis, SQL, and business intelligence skills.
  • Additionally, experience in data warehousing, data modeling, and visualization are highly valued.
  • Ability to question the status quo and think outside the box.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $138,800 to $190,900. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
