The Manager of Territory Transformation and Operations team will work cross-functionally with business owners to analyze Territories & Role/Forecast hierarchy, operational issues impacting Sales LOB, understanding processes, policies etc., and framing recommendations to improve and scale Territory, Role hierarchy operations.
The person must act independently and own the implementation and impacts of assigned projects, and demonstrate the ability to be successful in a team-oriented environment, working with IT & Strategy

Our ideal candidate will have experience working with large, complex data sets, experience in the high tech industry, exceptional analytical skills, experience working in operational roles supporting sales business partners, and experience with Process Improvement / Redesign / Automation.
