Booking Holdings, the world’s leading online travel company, seeks a senior tax planning professional to oversee worldwide tax strategy and advise on transactions. You will collaborate with Brand tax teams and internal partners to align tax positions across brands, including BEAT, GILTI, Subpart F, and foreign tax credits.
The role requires 5+ years in corporate tax or big firm, strong analytical and communication skills, and excellence with Excel and MS Office.

This role will report to the VP, Tax Planning and is focused on worldwide tax planning for the company and provides advice on the tax consequences of transactions to Brand tax teams and Booking Holdings personnel.
There are a variety of job‑related factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible to be considered for an annual bonus and equity grant.
The base salary range for Connecticut and the NYC‑metro area is $132,300–$161,700.
