BJ’s Restaurants, Inc. in Huntington Beach, CA is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end recruiting for the Restaurant Support Center. You’ll partner with department leaders to build pipelines, drive hiring strategy, and deliver a top-notch candidate experience that reflects the BJ’s brand.

You will influence senior leaders, manage multiple searches, and use data-driven insights to improve hiring outcomes while ensuring compliance with U.S. hiring laws.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; onsite in Huntington Beach Mon–Thu.
• 5+ years corporate recruiting across professional, technical and leadership roles.
• Strong consultative skills to influence senior leaders and drive accountability.
• Expertise in direct sourcing, talent research, and recruiting platforms.
• Data-driven with insights to improve hiring outcomes.
• Knowledge of U.S. hiring laws and employment practices.
• ATS proficiency and strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Restaurant or hospitality industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Own full lifecycle recruiting for BJ’s Restaurant Support Center partnering with department leaders to build talent pipelines, drive hiring strategy, and deliver a candidate experience that reflects the best of our brand. This role leads through influence, not headcount, and is perfect for a recruiter who loves the craft and wants to make a real impact.

How You’ll Contribute

• Be the go-to TA partner for the Restaurant Support Center, advising leaders on market conditions, compensation, and hiring strategy
• Manage full lifecycle recruiting for professional, technical, and leadership roles
• Build proactive talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and recruiting platforms
• Set clear expectations for timelines, selection criteria, and feedback loops, driving accountability at every stage of the process
• Coach hiring managers on structured interviewing and consistent candidate evaluation
• Deliver a responsive, high-touch candidate experience from first contact through Day 1
• Provide regular pipeline updates and data-driven insights to improve hiring outcomes
• Contribute to TA transformation initiatives across technology, process, attraction and efficiency improvements
• Manage recruiting investments and agency partnerships to ensure effective, well-resourced searches

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; ability to work onsite Mon–Thu in Huntington Beach
• 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience across professional, technical, and leadership functions
• Strong consultative skills comfortable influencing senior leaders and driving accountability
• Expertise in direct sourcing, talent research, and recruiting platforms
• Ability to juggle multiple searches without sacrificing quality or responsiveness
• Data-savvy you use insights to make smarter hiring decisions
• Knowledge of U.S. hiring laws and employment practices
• ATS proficiency and strong Microsoft Office skills
• Restaurant or hospitality industry experience a plus

Salary Range

USD $90,000 – $110,00 plus bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

Final salary will be determined based on geographic location, relevant experience, and other job-related qualifications.
