  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning recruitment strategies with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Meet regularly with stakeholders to provide recruitment metrics, talent market insights, and hiring recommendations while prioritizing critical roles and ensuring alignment on business needs.
  • Foster a positive team environment, establish backup plans for recruiter absences, and lead team catch-up meetings and one-on-ones with direct reports.
  • Assess and balance recruiter workloads, collaborating with other TA Managers and the North America TA Director to drive a culture of workshare.

  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to deeply understand role requirements and ensure optimal candidate selection.
  • Proactively target and engage both passive and active candidates in key markets, using creative methods and AI-powered sourcing tools to identify the best talent.
  • Leverage market intelligence, talent insights, and data analytics to anticipate hiring needs and inform workforce planning discussions.

  • Leverage applicant tracking systems (Workday), AI-enabled technologies, and other recruiting tools to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and process efficiency.
  • Maintain rigor in selection and assessment practices, optimizing all tools (PI Survey, Interview Feedback Forms) and training hiring managers as needed.
  • Develop and utilize effective prompts and AI workflows to generate recruiting content, candidate outreach, talent insights, reports, presentations, and hiring recommendations.
  • Create and deliver executive-ready dashboards, reports, and recruitment summaries that translate hiring data into actionable business insights.
  • Analyze hiring trends, pipeline health, recruiter productivity, talent market conditions, and workforce planning data to support strategic decision-making.
Relationship Building and Collaboration:
  • Foster trusted partnerships with senior leaders, hiring managers, and candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment experience.
  • Share actionable market intelligence, talent insights, and talent pools with team members to support collaboration and shared success.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruiting practices, serving as a thought leader and advocate for positive change.
  • Partner closely with HR, Talent Management, Compensation, and business leaders to provide data-driven hiring strategies and workforce recommendations.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of proven full-cycle corporate recruiting experience, with a focus on high-volume and niche roles.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring recruiters, inspiring high performance and fostering professional growth.
  • Expertise in sourcing strategies, including advanced internet research, social media, AI-powered recruiting tools, and professional networking.
  • Experience leveraging generative AI and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, LinkedIn AI tools, or similar platforms) to enhance recruiting, sourcing, research, reporting, and operational efficiency.
