Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Delivery Analyst to join the FDA Product Delivery team. You will analyze business and technical processes, map system interfaces, and document flows while collaborating with engineering and business teams to deliver new product offerings.

The role requires a curious, communicative analyst who can translate business needs into effective system changes, support testing, and drive efficient product delivery within Fidelity’s onsite working model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or Business related field.
• 5+ years of experience related to analysis and product delivery.
• Experience with systems development methodologies and formal documentation processes.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making using data to support recommendations and outcomes.
• Ability to analyze end-to-end processes and define requirements with stakeholders.

The Role

As a Senior Product Delivery Analyst you will analyze both current and new business and technical processes, identify system interfaces and dependencies, and document process and system flows. You will collaborate closely with various engineering teams within the domain and across business and technology teams. Your insights will help assess systems, identify dependencies, and sequence work effectively. An ability to navigate between business and technology teams will be essential as we enhance existing applications and build new product offerings.

This role requires a dedicated, curious, and passionate analyst who will:

• Leads analysis efforts using process flows, screen mockups, data, use cases and other relevant analysis tools

The Expertise And Skills You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in either Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or Business related field
• 5 plus years of experience related to analysis and product delivery
• Experience with systems development methodologies and formal documentation processes.
• Moderate expertise in analyzing end-to-end processes, utilizing tools and techniques for data presentation and analysis, including REST API technologies, SQL, JSON, and Postman/Insomnia/Bruno.
• Analytical mindset capable of assessing the magnitude and impact of work at a granular level, down to individual user stories.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to measure, collect, and leverage data effectively while balancing intuition.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the technical acumen to drive outcomes and influence stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity with flexibility and adaptability.
• Willingness to dive in and understand code for analysis and support purposes
• Able to understand the technology and software architecture of an application

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model

Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
