Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a senior hardware validation leader to support on-site manufacturing test teams across multiple product lines. You will refine test methodologies for datacenter and board/system products, and guide engineers through complex technical challenges.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years post-silicon validation, 2+ years of leadership, a BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Python and Bash scripting skills, and strong communication.

What you will be doing:

• Support a growing team of on-site manufacturing test engineers in diverse locations.
• Refine manufacturing test solutions for System products translating them to methodologies and processes for Datacenter family of products.
• Improve automated diag generation and validation infrastructure.
• Lead and advise a team of engineers to handle multiple product lines, manufacturing sites and software and hardware maturity levels, each with demanding schedules.
• Guide teams in resolving technical problems.

What we need to see:

• 6+ years of experience with post silicon validation experience in Board or System products.
• 2+ years of management experience or leading technical teams and projects.
• BS Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with manufacturing, chip to system.
• Python programming and bash scripting experience.
• Excellent communication and people skills

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

The base salary range is 152,000 USD - 253,000 USD.
