Job summary

IHA in California is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Leader to guide, train, mentor and monitor colleagues while contributing to the development and execution of departmental and system-level strategic plans. You will provide operations and optimization leadership, balancing staff leadership with broader organizational direction and administration.

You will be accountable for performance, regulatory readiness, and results.

• 5 years verifiable, Supply Chain-related experience in a progressive work environment.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent combination of education & healthcare Supply Chain experience.
• 5 years verifiable, Supply Chain-related experience in a progressive work environment.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience

Additional Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Prior healthcare Supply Chain experience

Pay Range ($42.66 - $63.98)
