DoorDash is seeking a Manager, Strategy & Operations for Enterprise Partnerships to partner with Global Restaurants leadership. You will identify where time is lost, design and ship AI-powered tools, and run one or two strategic projects end to end. Expect hybrid work with ~three days/week in NYC.

You will lead initiatives to boost sales productivity, unlock merchant engagement, and automate operating cadences across geographies while presenting impact to executives.

About the Team

Our team is the strategic operating arm for DoorDash's Enterprise Partnerships organization. This role supports our Global Restaurants Partnerships business — the largest enterprise sales and account management org at DoorDash, spanning the US, Canada, and Australia. We're a small, senior team measured on two outcomes: the productivity we give back to our sales and account teams, and the incremental revenue opportunities we generate with our largest partners across the business.

About the Role

As Manager, Strategy & Operations for Enterprise Partnerships, you'll be a strategic partner to the leadership of DoorDash's Global Restaurants business. This is a builder's role: you'll find where the org is losing time or leaving revenue on the table, then design and ship the AI-powered tools, programs, and cadences that fix it. Expect to spend most of your time leading one or two strategic projects end to end, with the rest split between further automating the team’s operating cadence and absorbing the high-priority asks that come with supporting a fast-moving global org. You'll have a rare birds-eye view of DoorDash's largest enterprise org, direct exec exposure, and room to grow the scope you own. This is an individual contributor role. We expect it to be hybrid, with roughly three days per week in the NYC office.

• Drive sales productivity: Find where our sales and account teams are losing hours to manual work, then build the AI-powered tools that give that time back.
• Unlock merchant engagement: Design and run the programs that generate incremental revenue with our largest partners.
• Build with AI: Stand up the systems that make us the best-informed player in the industry — infrastructure the team relies on every week, not one-off analysis.
• Make the case with data: Build the cases for new initiatives — including opportunity sizing, resources required, and impact to the team — and bring these directly to leadership.
• Operate globally: Partner with restaurant leadership across the US, Canada, and Australia to align strategy, and coordinate proactively with our Wolt and Deliveroo counterparts.
• Own the operating cadence: Overhaul and automate the cadences that keep a global org aligned, making them sharper and more decision-oriented.

We’re excited about you because…

• You have 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, or as a general manager, ideally at a fast-paced tech company.
• You are highly analytical, with proficiency in modeling in Google Sheets, and are comfortable pulling data in SQL.
• You're fluent with agentic AI tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar) and instinctively reach for them to scale your output — automating repetitive analysis, building tools, and shipping things your team actually relies on, not just speeding up your own work.
• You are a self-starter with a proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects in an ambiguous environment, ideally with experience working across multiple geographies and time zones.
• You excel at driving stakeholder alignment, managing executive-facing communication, and translating strategy into action.

Compensation

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

See below for paid time off details:

• For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
• For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).

The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.

$136,000—$200,000 USD
