We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Strategic Programs & Informatics Analyst to lead high-impact initiatives that sit at the intersection of business operations, data strategy, and organizational transformation. This role blends the analytical mindset of a Business Analyst with the executional drive of a Program Manager. You will be instrumental in accelerating strategic priorities, ensuring alignment across teams, and elevating the professionalism of our informatics practices.
What You’ll Do:Program Management: Own and drive highly visible, cross-functional strategic programs from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.Business Analysis: Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements, and translate them into actionable roadmaps.Informatics Strategy: Help mature the organization’s informatics capabilities, focusing on structure, governance, and operational excellence.Data Fluency: Use data to inform decisions, uncover opportunities, and track outcomes. Be comfortable with dashboards, KPIs, and data storytelling.Change Enablement: Facilitate adoption and engagement around new processes, tools, and ways of working that improve efficiency and transparency.Cross-functional Leadership: Build strong relationships across teams and act as a connector to ensure work moves forward, even without direct authority.
