Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business performance management processes.
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills, with experience developing analytical frameworks for complex business decisions.

• Lead financial performance management across multiple LOBs, including weekly, quarterly, and annual reporting and analysis; translate insights into actions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across multiple functions; drive alignment on assumptions and scenario analyses.
• Develop financial models and analytical frameworks to evaluate pricing, investments, marketplace dynamics, and growth opportunities; communicate implications to senior stakeholders.
• Drive improvements in financial reporting, data infrastructure, and planning processes; build dashboards and automated reporting using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.

Set the analytical agenda, identify key business drivers, and synthesize results into clear insights on performance, risks, and opportunities.   • Lead key components of the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across multiple functions and LOBs.   • Provide guidance, coaching, and analytical leadership to junior team members and cross-functional partners. Qualifications

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
