Job summary

  • Oversee vendor management activities, maintaining productive relationships and negotiating favorable terms.
  • Monitor and optimize service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align service objectives with overall business goals and objectives.
