Job summary

Reynolds American in Winston-Salem, NC, seeks a Manager – Special Markets to oversee Order-To-Cash for multi-market regions. Responsibilities include customer service, order fulfilment, export documentation, and coordinating with Tax and Logistics to ensure compliant processes.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in Order Management or related fields, with SAP and/or logistics experience, and strong collaboration skills across global teams. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 2–5 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Export Operations, International Trade, Sales Operations, Customer Service, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Manage OTC processes for Special Markets, including Overseas Military and U.S. territories.
  • Support OTC for U.S. Travel Retail and Puerto Rico, handling customer service and order fulfilment.
  • Maintain export documentation compliance and communicate shipment status to customers.
  • Coordinate with Tax, Logistics, and Warehousing on processes and system changes.
  • Assist with pricing IT testing for SAP and Order Direct updates.

REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a Manager Special Markets in Winston - Salem, NC.

The Manager – Special Markets will manage Order-To Cash (OTC) processes for Special Markets, including Overseas Military, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Guam/Saipan. The Manager - Special Markets will also support the OTC process for U.S. Travel Retail and Puerto Rico. Duties include customer service support, order fulfilment, product conversion requests, managing export transportation bookings, customer billings, and related Tax documentation support.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Manage Markets and Customer Accounts, as assigned, through the OTC processes to ensure order fulfillment, delivery exception resolution and any credit issuances.
  • Understand the unique portfolio of products for assigned markets and the nuances of all markets.
  • Manage duty-free SKU conversion requests.
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of export documentation including invoices, packing lists, TTB forms and bills of lading, and U.S. CBP EEI filing, ensuring all are compliant with U.S. Government regulations.
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with the Tax Department, RJR Logistics, warehouses and Special Markets - Field Trade Marketing.
  • Assist Lead Manager with system testing for pricing updates as well as all IT process changes for SAP and Order Direct as required.
  • Manage freight payments and submissions for duty-free shipments.
  • Communicate any delays or lost shipments to customers.
