U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing across indirect categories, including facilities management and non-clinical services.
This role drives cost savings, service improvements, and operational efficiency through supplier selection, contract negotiation, and project leadership. You will partner with business stakeholders to align sourcing with organizational goals and manage supplier performance across multiple sites.

The Sourcing Manager is responsible for leading strategic sourcing initiatives across assigned indirect categories including, but not limited to, facilities management, non-clinical products, and services. This role drives cost savings, service improvements, and operational efficiencies through effective supplier selection, contract negotiation, and sourcing project leadership. The position partners with business stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with organizational goals and to manage supplier performance across multiple sites and functions.
Candidates should reside in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area. This is a hybrid role and candidates are required to be onsite one day weekly at our Corporate office in Plano, TX.
