NVIDIA Corporation in Santa Clara, CA, is seeking an experienced Software Manager to lead a team developing NVLINK Switches and GPUs over firmware in the PHY connectivity layer. The role focuses on leadership with hands-on involvement in software/firmware development and verification for next-gen HPC networking technologies.

You will mentor engineers, drive end-to-end feature development, and collaborate with offshore teams while maintaining hands-on OS-level coding and debugging

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar technical field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of technical experience; 3+ years of managing a team.
• Proficient in Python and C/C++.
• Experience leading software/firmware teams and mentoring.
• Ability to self-teach and learn quickly.

NVIDIA is seeking an experienced Software Manager to lead a team developing the NVLINK Switches and GPUs over firmware in PHY connectivity layer. In this role you will be playing a critical role in development and verification aspects in our firmware and software layers, which are critical to NVIDIA's next generation networking technologies, and enable large-scale deployment in High-Performance Computing (HPC) data centers. Compensation & Benefits

• Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
• The base salary range is 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD for Level 3, and 272,000 USD - 431,250 USD for Level 4.
• You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
