Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. seeks a Manager of Software Engineering in Irving, TX to lead a team delivering enterprise applications. You will guide architecture, data modeling, and system design while ensuring scalable, secure, and high-quality software.

You will collaborate with product managers, drive coding standards, oversee development cycles, and coordinate with QA/operations to meet timelines and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive software engineering experience including leadership roles.
• Experience with Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST/SOAP services, and modern messaging
• Experience with AWS, Kafka, JMS, SQL/NoSQL data modeling, and streaming data processing.
