Overview

You’re the person who doesn’t just look at the data, you love to interrogate it. You connect dots across channels, behaviors, and platforms, then translate what you see into ideas that actually moves people (and brands). As Manager, Social Strategy, your curiosity around social, data, media, and marketing fuels smarter, stickier experiences across the digital ecosystem especially where it matters most. To help accelerate this vision, we’re looking for someone who leads with a social-first mindset and champions connected experiences that feel intentional, human, and genuinely useful. You understand how culture, context, and behavior intersect, especially how moments on social can influence patient journeys far beyond a single post or platform. In this role, you believe content is fuel for the patient journey, not just something to fill a feed. You use data to uncover what patients actually need, when they need it, and how content can help them move forward with confidence and clarity. You also know that journeys aren’t linear and that today’s experiences require an omni-channel approach, providing execution support to ensure our work meets channel standards and best practices.

  • Build and nurture long-lasting client relationships rooted in strategic rigor and partnership

  • Guide teams toward holistic, integrated solutions that drive engagement and business impact across channels
  • Collaborate across all levels of the agency and with external partners to drive growth and alignment
