The Associate Category Manager – Meijer will serve as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert across the Mondelez US portfolio, focusing on products such as crackers, bars, cakes and pastries, cough drops, cookies, non‑chocolate candy, and other snack items.
In this role, you will provide deep category insights, develop strategic recommendations, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive growth and market share for our total portfolio. You will leverage market, shopper, and consumer data to assess performance, identify trends, and uncover growth opportunities for both Meijer and Mondelez.
The base salary range for this position is $97,300 to $133,815, depending on experience, skills, education, and location. In addition to base salary, the role is eligible for a highly competitive bonus program tied to performance and company results.
