Job summary

KPMG Advisory is seeking a Manager to lead ServiceNow Identity Governance and Veza implementations, guiding design, deployment, and onboarding across complex environments. You will drive governance strategy, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor teams while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Ideal candidates bring five+ years in identity governance, strong cloud and analytics knowledge, and the ability to travel as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of hands-on Identity Governance and Administration experience including two years with ServiceNow Identity Governance, Veza, or comparable platforms
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, information systems from an accredited college/university preferred; or seven years of related experience if no degree
• Experience implementing identity governance solutions including onboarding, lifecycle management, access reviews, certifications, and integrations
• Strong understanding of identity governance, entitlement management, access controls, regulatory compliance, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Leading technical workstreams, mentoring, and collaborating with stakeholders on governance initiatives
• Knowledge of identity security analytics and governance capabilities within ServiceNow/Veza
• Ability to travel as required
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future

• Design identity governance solutions including identity lifecycle management, access requests, reviews, certifications, role models, workflows, policies, and integrations

• Knowledge of identity security analytics, entitlement visibility, access intelligence, and governance capabilities within ServiceNow, Veza, or similar platforms
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to lead technical discussions and deliver high-quality client solutions
