Job summary

Nordstrom Inc. is seeking a Service Experience Manager in Illinois to mentor and lead a team while driving service initiatives and sales. You’ll recruit, train, and motivate staff, educate on tools and processes, and build a business plan to hit service and sales goals.

• For Nordstrom Stores Roles: Prior experience in a Rack Store is preferred


• For Nordstrom Rack Roles: Prior experience in a Nordstrom Store is preferred


• 1+ years of successful retail management experience

Pay Range

Pay Range Details The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations. Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. $48,000.00 - $77,000.00 Annual
